The foods you have listed are also great for keeping a sense of well-being and for maintaining an over-all healthy physical and mental profile.           1. I am wondering if there are also some foods that “Decrease” sperm count? Maybe some people are earing the wrong things and cannot understand their state of infertility. Are there foods that should be avoided so as not to adversely affect sperm count?
