Put the dough carefully on the washed and fresh leaves of bananas, wrap the leaves and put in a steamer. Cook for about 40-50 minutes.

Pepper Soup

Ingredients:

How to cook?

Wash the assorted beef offal and cut into small pieces. Heat the frying pan and lay the Ehu seeds. Fry them until a certain smell appears, which means that they are ready. Then use a blender to grind them.

Pour a little water into the pan and add the assorted beef offal pieces. Extinguish them until soft. Part of the water should boil away. Then add water to the pan (it should be full) and add Ehu, dry uziza, chili pepper and salt to taste. How to cook?

Peel fish from scales and rinse in cold water and cut into desired pieces. Using a blender, chop the garlic, ginger, and onion and add to the fish. Mix everything well. Boil the water in a saucepan and put tomatoes and pepper into it for 2-3 minutes. Remove them from the skin. Then mix with a blender to a puree-like mass.

Put the fish in the steamer and add salt and seasonings to taste. Cook the fish for about 3 minutes, and then add tomato and pepper puree to it. In the meantime, wash the okro and cut into small pieces. Then put into a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add okro and two spoons of palm oil to the fish soup. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Then boil the water in a saucepan and add a little gari to it. Add gari until the consistency is soft and firm dough. Using a wooden spoon, place the eba into a round shape and place it on a deep plate, then add the fish soup.
